Site Manager - Tier 2 Commercial Builder - To $220K Package

A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Commercial Builder to manage a $10 million education construction project in Western Sydney.

Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Sydney Commercial Builder on heavy refurbishment and new build projects from $5 million to $30 million.You will be working on a $10 million education construction project.You will be managing a Foreman, reporting to a Project Manager.$200k to $220k package.Late Jan 2025 start.Long-term permanent opportunity.The Company: An established Tier 2 Commercial Builder.T/O $180 million.This successful builder focuses on aged care, commercial, education, health, and government projects.Projects between $5 million to $30 million.You will have: A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred.Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential.Commercial/aged care/education experience sought.Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder.Experience managing commercial construction projects over $5 million with a Tier 2 Builder.A steady career history and previous site management background.To apply for this role, please email your resume to Daniel Poole at Buildco Recruitment in WORD DOC format.
