We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to lead and oversee construction site operations in Sydney. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Site Manager will be responsible for:
Planning, organising, and supervising day-to-day site activities to ensure compliant and successful project execution. Managing contractors and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues promptly. Ensuring all safety protocols and quality control procedures are strictly upheld. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive site documentation and reports. Aligning site practices with project goals and company values. Driving a collaborative and motivated team environment, fostering strong site morale. Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in site management within the construction industry. Relevant qualifications in Building & Construction or related fields. Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and First Aid certification. Robust technical expertise in managing construction sites and projects. Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities. Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills, enhancing team collaboration and client relationships. Professionalism in every aspect, demonstrating punctuality and preparedness.
