Our client specialises in high-end residential projects across Sydney. They are constructing projects from $1M-$10M and are looking for an experienced site manager to join their team and successfully deliver the projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the luxury residential project, ensuring they run smoothly, within budget, and on schedule.
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Lead, coordinate, and manage internal carpenters, staff, and subcontractors. Develop, implement, and adhere to detailed project schedules. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our award-winning quality standards. Work closely with directors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain and manage pre-set budgets, tracking costs and ensuring financial objectives are met. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintain a safe worksite. Manage on-site problem-solving and make decisions to keep projects progressing efficiently. Order and coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and on-site logistics. Ensure all work aligns with the design vision and quality expectations. Provide leadership and support to foster a positive, productive team environment. What you'll need to Succeed

Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction, overseeing projects from start to finish. Solid project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Valid driver's license. Cert III in Carpentry. Cert IV in Building & Construction (ideal). Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn construction and project management software to track progress, manage schedules, and communicate with teams.
