Site Manager - North Star

About the role GrainCorp is looking to hire a Site Manager at our North Star site to manage the day-to-day operations of the site and staff. In this role you will:
Supervise a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.Assist the Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables, and out-loading of grain during peak and off-peak seasons.Safely manage grain receivals and outloads.Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community.Please note this role will also manage secondary sites.About your experience This role is perfect for an experienced team leader looking for their next career move, where you will be supported with training and developing your expertise. Ability to manage people and a large site.Basic computer literacy.Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.Desire to learn and apply the required skills to become a successful Site Manager.In addition to providing proof of working rights (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required) and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical.
