In addition, this role requires collaboration with leaders and peers within the greater Client Contract and wider Otraco teams.? OVERALL OBJECTIVES To provide the leadership of the region including delivery of the scope of work along with improved safety performance and company KPI's and Metrics? Lead by example in adhering and demonstratingcompany standards, policies, proceduresand values? In collaboration with the client, peersand the business, have a strong focus on the delivery of standardisation and innovation for the region.?? TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES Achieve the business unit and contractual KPI's and Metrics across your relevant regions? Standardise systems and processes in your region to ensure best practice and consistency is implemented? Drive innovation and improvements through day to dayinteractions and improvement programs? Identifydiscrepancies within the region and implement solutions?? Establish a culture of collaboration, information sharing and innovation through visible leadership? Implement region workforce planning in collaboration with People Services team or Operations Manager? Undertake the required site visits to your region to accomplishthe required Scope of Work? Prepare client reports that meet Otraco'sprofessional standards. These include GMR reports, recommendations on tyre performance, costsand performance? Where required, assistor deliver technical studies; such as statistical analysis, VBOX and heat-studies? Assist the Otraco site teams to comply withInformation Management System (IMS) and Client policies, proceduresand instructions, as well as relevant contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)? Perform internal and external audits that focus on system compliance, safetyand tyre management? Represent Otraco at Contractor Review meetings, this includes preparation and delivery of performance and operational information? Conduct audits of suppliers and assessment of products and ensure effective services delivery to clients? Where required, assistthe Site Supervisors and Managers with routine administrative tasks, such as roster management? Where required, assistor deliver recruitment and induction of Tyre Serviceperson as directed by the Operations Manager or business needs? Where required, perform Site Supervisor tasks in a relief capacity? Promote a culture of continual improvement and best practice across Otraco teams? Action corrective actions from audits.? Liaise and work with tyre manufacturers, suppliers and other OEM'sto improve, wherever possible, the service provided to the client in relation to tyre management.? Provide recommendations to manage both on-site and off-site reconditioning of tyres and rims including repairs, re-treadsand non-destructive testing.? Provide assistancewith end of month reporting by providing a written overview of site progress.? Compile premature failure reports to the client as required.? Carry out regular put audits and report to the client as required.? Ensure you are proficient with the operation of all computer programs requiredto manage tyres, tooling, equipmentand personnel on site.? Job Specification: (essential or desirable qualities required– i.e. education, knowledge / skills) ESSENTIAL? Operational experience in the earthmover tyre, miningor related industry in a supervisory or equivalent leadership role? Knowledge of tyres or mining/heavy haulage industries? Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business improvement and safety improvement initiatives in remote teams? Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills? Minimum of 5 years of earthmover tyre fitting experience? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role? Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre fitting Heavy (AUR 21913)? Certificate III in Automotive Tyre Management (AUR 32613) or working towards qualification? Section 44? DESIRABLE? Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace training?
