Site Manager - Melbourne

About The Role:
This fast-paced, dynamic role is ideally suited to a driven manager with previous experience, overseeing the delivery of multiple trade disciplines across a large portfolio of sites, to ensure all contractual and regulatory obligations are fulfilled, to the highest possible standard that achieves customer satisfaction.
Who You Are: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, within the commercial building and or facility management industry. Energetic and safety culture focussed, with solid understanding and practical awareness of hazard identification and elimination. Previous experience managing multiple building maintenance services for large portfolio Customers (i.e. local government). Ideally, trade qualified with experience engaging and directing trade and building industry professionals. What You Will Be Doing: Monitoring and managing contracted and reactive maintenance and quoted works, to ensure that safety and contractual obligations are met. Ensuring subcontractors provide accurate and up-to-date records of asset maintenance, compliance and repair activities undertaken. Managing communications with the Client to ensure the Client's needs are met and contractual obligations are managed/communicated. Environment, Culture and Rewards:
