Our client are a developer builder who purely specialize in large townhouse developments and as a result they are renowned for being one of the best in their space. They also have a strong presence across traditional retail housing

They partner with some of Melbourne's largest land development companies and as a result they have an impressive portfolio of work at the construction stage and are looking to expand their growing team with proven talent to deliver on their pipeline of projects to come.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectivelyProven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWillingness to take ownership of your own portfolio of homes to site manage after completion of the shadowing periodEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and company policiesMonitoring progress of construction projects and reporting on project statusLiaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is carried out to the required standard and on scheduleResolving issues that arise on site and escalating to the Site Manager when necessary

Requirements:

Qualified Carpentry certificate (advantageous) Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to problem solveAbility to work collaboratively with a team and independently when requiredValid driver's license and White CardMust have full unrestricted working rights for Australia
