Our client is a national multiple discipline construction head contractor delivering projects to defence, government, development, fit out & refurbishment, and small works. They are eager to add an experienced Site Manager to their Townsville team to deliver a mechanical defence package!!
About The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for:
Manage the site to optimise project outcomes and maintain high standards. Drive a positive environment for all works and subcontractors to project and site delivery standards. Lead daily site check ins and communicated with the Project/Construction Manager Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve project milestones. Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment. Work in partnership with the Project Manager/Construction Manager and Director. Ensure works are compliant with the project's environmental requirements Planning the works to comply with the project's local community requirements and restrictions. Skills and Experience Required: 5 years + experience in defence, flight lines, mechanical, or commercial works. QBCC Supervisors Licence Australian Drivers Licence Australian Citizen Construction White Card Relevant qualifications, certifications and licences. Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive standards. Who are we?
