Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading contractor to deliver a high-end office fitout project in Chatswood, NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing commercial fit outs, ensuring high-quality finishes and on-time delivery.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the site operations for this 6-month contract.
The contract will begin January 27th, 2025.

You'll be responsible for:

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the site.Managing subcontractors to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.Coordinating trades and supplies to maintain project momentum.Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with WHS standards.Reporting progress to the Project Manager and resolving any onsite challenges.About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A proven track record managing office fit out or refurbishment projects.Strong knowledge of construction practices, WHS, and Australian building standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.Relevant qualifications in construction or building management.Current White Card.What's On Offer?
