What's on offer:This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $75 million Stage 2 of a high-end apartment development project located in the Inner West of Sydney.
Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projectsLocation: Inner West, SydneySalary range: $180,000 - $220,000 + Super negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.What you will be doing?In this role you'll be leading the site operations and working directly with the Site Manager on the $75 million Stage 2 of a high-end apartment development project. You will be managing and delivering the construction program, driving site standards of staff and subcontractors, and encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for?We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering Multi Res or 100+ class 2 apartment projects. Ideally, exposure to projects above $40 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This role also has a progression plan to Construction Management.
