We are looking for a Site Manager to join the Project Delivery Team based on our allocated project site. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of your allocated project in terms of site management activities.

As the Site Manager, you will: Manage the site team in relation to budget, resources, delivery and issues Oversee and manage the site team's professional development Lead and/or participate in site meetings Oversee and manage all site-based activities Develop short-range programs to complete the project management schedule Coordinate with the Project team to ensure project delivery milestones are achieved On-site subcontractor management Safety management Project completion activities as required As the ideal applicant you will be: Trade qualified and experienced in managing large scale Industrial projects greater than $20m - $30m in value Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, basic project management principles and site management Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking abilities Effective team leadership and management skills How to apply To apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
