About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Site Manager with plenty of fit out project exposure to support our project teams in the delivery of our growing portfolio of diverse projects. As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Championing SHAPE's safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirementsManaging all on-site activities from site establishment and on-site logistics, through to handover and defect rectificationsMaintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing the delivery of quality workManaging and developing programmes in conjunction with the Project ManagerEnsuring effective communication and coordination with the client, consultants, and stakeholdersAbout youSite management experience as the Principal Contractor within commercial fitouts and refurbishmentDemonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to build successful teams and maintain strong relationshipsTrade and/or safety qualificationsFlexibility, adaptability and the ability to problem solveKnowledge of Procore and MS Project would be handy but not essentialWhy we're a great place to workWe're proud to be recognised for the culture we've built by renowned culture and engagement organisations, including Human Synergistics, Australian Financial Review and Great Place To Work Institute.
