About Our Client Our client is a family-owned builder-developer who delivers luxury apartments in the inner Brisbane region. Across the business, their average employee tenure is over 10 years, and they are now looking to add a Site Manager to their project delivery team. Current projects underway include various apartment projects ranging from 5 to 10 storeys, with apartment values ranging from $2 to $5 million per unit. Job Description Key responsibilities include: Day-to-day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site Ensuring a safe site at all times Quality control and defect minimisation Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include: QBCC Site Supervisor licence Strong attention to detail Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical) Trade background (carpentry) Previous experience delivering luxury residential projects What's on Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $160-190k + super or equivalent contract rate Long-term, secure employment with a highly stable business Opportunity to work on challenging, technically complex projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
