Site Manager

Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a well-respected builder-developer who delivers luxury multi-level residential projects. The majority of projects are located within 10kms of the Brisbane CBD area, including west and northern suburbs. Our client is a family-owned builder-developer who delivers luxury apartments in the inner Brisbane region. Across the business, their average employee tenure is over 10 years, and they are now looking to add a Site Manager to their project delivery team. Current projects underway include various apartment projects ranging from 5 - 10 storeys, with apartment values ranging from $2 - 5m per unit. Description Key responsibilities include: Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site Ensuring a safe site at all times Quality control and defect minimisation Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met Profile Selection criteria will include: Strong attention to detail Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical) Trade background (carpentry) Job Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $160-190k + super or equivalent contract rate Long term, secure employment with a highly stable business Opportunity to work on challenging, technically complex projects To apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
