The Role
As a Site Manager, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality homes in accordance with all relevant Building Codes and ABN Group's safety and compliance standards.
Reporting into our Construction Manager, your role will include but not limited to:
Conduct daily site inspections and manage job rounds to ensure compliance and check quality of workmanship and materials
Utilise computer programs and technology to assist with accurate reporting of job progress
Reach stage claim and completion targets in a timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with trades and suppliers
Utilise knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvement
Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times
Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
You
To be successful in your application, the following qualities and experiences will be considered favourable:
Recent Site Supervisor experience within WA Residential Building industry
Relevant trade qualification and Diploma in Building and Construction
Intuitive knowledge to operate computer programs effectively
Ability to interpret building plans and specifications with understanding of relevant legislations, standards, and codes
Current C Class Drives License and White Card (mandatory)
Strong time management and organisation skills
Openness to learning and drive for continuous improvement
