The Role:Lendlease WA has an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team and manage the delivery of the soon to commence project south of the city.
Based on site, you will take ownership of the construction site, managing and mentoring a team of Supervisors across all major trade packages.
You will work closely with our site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues, as well as being responsible for project planning, site-based procurement, managing subcontractors, and taking ownership of safety and compliance.
To be successful you will bring:Previous experience as a Site Manager with a reputable company, along with relevant trade and/or Building Construction qualifications.Demonstrated experience delivering major building and/or infrastructure projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budget.Strong communications, leadership, and influencing skills, all key when dealing with several internal and external stakeholders.A methodical and detail-oriented approach, with strong planning skills.A passion for safety, and ability to drive compliance with safety processes onsite.Be a self-starter and take ownership of your project.About Lendlease:With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
