Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work on a Residential project within the Port Stephens area, working with a well renowned developer.To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of Residential projects, with finishes to a high quality standard.Your role as Site Manager will be supported by a Finishes foreman and Contracts Administrator, with your day to day duties including,Duties & Responsibilities, Co-ordinate all trades and subcontractorsManage a site's day-to-day operations with respect to subcontractor, labour, materials and plantLiaise directly with all sub-contractors and ensure all work is completed to a high standardEnsure project completion within timescale and budgetDevelop and build strong rapport with key stakeholdersLiaise with client to ensure successful delivery of projectsEnsure that WHS practices and policies are metManage all time and quality aspects on the projectMentor and develop junior staff on the projectsYour experience,To be successful on this project, you will need to have the following skills and attributes,Demonstrated knowledge of Residential projects, ideally on a volume scaleExperience as a Site Manager or SupervisorHigh attention to detail and quality workTrade backgroundStrong leadership and communication skills.If you are interested in this opportunity or would like to know more, please apply online with your up to date resume or contact Mel at Verve Partners on .
