ABOUT THE POSITION. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality construction standards, ensuring safety, and driving productivity on-site.
You will work closely with a highly skilled and well-supported project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets, to ensure the seamless execution of projects from beginning to end.

Oversee and manage onsite project activitiesEnsure excellence in WHS, Quality, and ComplianceConstruction programming – short and long rangeLead and manage a site team to achieve outcomesSubcontractor management and auditSKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalentProven record as a Site Manager delivering projects from $5M to $20MShowcase a strong track record of stability with previous employersMedium to large scale new build construction experience is highly preferredCULTURE.
