Due to growth, we are seeking a Foreman / Site Manager to join their highly experienced construction management team.
About the Role You will be responsible for managing a team of trades and sub-contractors across high-end renovations and new builds ranging from $2M - $10M each.
Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis Weekly construction meetings Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc. Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time Undertake project quality assurance Manage defective work Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation What You Need Certificate III in Carpentry (essential) Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager leading luxury residential projects from commencement to completion Strong written and verbal communication Current drivers license The Benefits Base salary starting from $150K - $180K plus superannuation All projects will be within close proximity in the Eastern Suburbs or the Inner West Future professional development opportunities and internal progression available Be supported by a highly knowledgeable and experienced team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Construction Manager Opportunity to work with a renowned luxury builder in a niche market Strong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond
