Site Manager

About the role
In this role you will directly report into the Construction Director whilst taking ownership of the management of 3-5 high-end home build sites.

Responsibilities: Program and schedule all materials required as well as scheduling and managing of all sub-contractors.Maintain and prepare sites for all stages of QA.Induct all personnel on site.Ensure the safety of all personnel on site, including holding regular toolbox meetings and a solid understanding of OH&S processes.Your Background: From a Trade or Engineering background ideally.Proven track record of delivering homes on time and within budget.Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic, and an ability to work as part of a team.Excellent communication skills along with the ability to build good working relationships with subcontractors and trades.Company and Culture: High-end luxury building brand.Experienced directors & senior leadership team.High-end homes ($2 - $6MIL) across inner eastern suburbs.Growth opportunities into senior site management or construction management.Tight-knit team of site managers, good support networks within the business.
