Site Manager

Key responsibilities include:
Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on siteEnsuring a safe site at all timesQuality control and defect minimisationWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are metSelection criteria will include:
QBCC Site Supervisor licenceGood level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)Trade background preferred (carpentry)Track record of delivering commercial projects up to $20mOur client is a well known, financially strong builder based close to Brisbane CBD.
