Your new role
We are looking for a seasoned Site Manager to spearhead a prestigious project in the vibrant heart of the Gold Coast, boasting breathtaking beach front views and architectural marvels. In this role you will lead a strong team of construction professionals on a landmark project. Overseeing this luxury high-end residential tower will require prior experience in similar high-rise developments in excess of $30million. This is a pivotal role for my client, and we are determined to find the right experience and fit. However, with things moving so quickly, we have the ability to make an immediate start for the right person.
What you'll need to succeed
Being successful in this role will mean you are a skilled and experienced Site Manager, you will be adept at coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and materials deliveries, ensuring project success and timely delivery. You will have experience managing construction programs, leading project teams, driving efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative environment with your team. You will be a reliable and committed leader as well as a strategic problem solver to ensure day to day goals and long term success is achieved.
