About the role:- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish- The Project is a $800k Industrial Project located in Geelong- Oversee all sub-contractors- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:- Experience with site managing commercial builds from start to finish up to $5mil- Carpentry Background- 3+ years as a commercial new build site manager/ Foreman- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality- Positive attitude with the right temperament- Ability to communicate effectively & drive program
