Located in Exmouth, gateway to the world-class Ningaloo Reef Tailored Career Opportunities Flexibility to focus on career, family, and lifestyle The Harold E Holt precinct in Exmouth, WA supports three Mission Systems: Very Low Frequency (VLF) Communications, C-Band Radar and Space Surveillance Telescope. The Site Manager has financial responsibility for all projects at NCS HEH as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) and is responsible to meet and maintain targets and standards required for contract and financial performance. The role requirements include team performance, KPI management, customer liaison, scheduling, solution development and management of programs to satisfy contractual or internally scoped requirements, governance, compliance and assurance. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination and management of program operations across a geographically large and complex site. Establish and implement plans, strategies and milestones for the programs. Assess, identify and manage program risk and opportunity in line with the company's policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislation and regulations. Lead, motivate and develop the program teams to deliver the contracted project outcomes. Act in accordance with company expectations relating to professional workplace behaviour. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience (when a University Degree is held). Experience supervising a large team consisting of various trade professions. Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background Requires a University Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Logistics or equivalent qualification Previous experience and responsibility in executing improvement to processes, systems or products to enhance the performance of a job area. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
