The Role
Strata Manager to manage a small to medium-sized portfolio - predominately commercial with a handful of residential schemes
Full management and ownership of your portfolio with accounts/admin support
Manage and maintain client relationships to a high standard
Meeting Management, maintaining AGM's
The Candidate
Strata Management experience within mixed-use or commercial
Ability to work under own initiative and direction
Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount
Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a strong lucrative career
