You will be delivering $75 million Stage 2 of a high-end apartment development project located in the Inner West of Sydney.

What you will be doing?
In this role you'll be leading the site operations and working directly with the Site Manager Project is $75 million Stage 2 of a high-end apartment development project.
You will be managing and delivering the construction program, driving site standards of staff and subcontractors, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering Multi Res or 100+ class 2 apartment projects.
Ideally exposure to project above $40 million would help with being successful in this role.
Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
This role also had a progression plan to Construction Management.
