Site Manager

As the Site Manager at SPYDA Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our commercial construction projects in the south-west of WA. This full-time position is responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling and supervision.Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and address any issues that arise.Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.What we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar site management or construction supervisory role.Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and effectively manage resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.What we offer Assistance with accommodation for non-local applicants.Diverse and interesting projects.Supportive and collaborative team environment.About us SPYDA Construction is a leading construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia.
