Site Manager

As the Site Manager at SPYDA Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our commercial construction projects in the south-west of WA.
This full-time position is responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling and supervisionLead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective project deliveryLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and address any issues that ariseImplement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance and a safe work environmentIdentify and mitigate potential risks, and implement contingency plans as neededProvide regular progress reports and updates to senior managementWhat we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar site management or construction supervisory roleStrong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and effectively manage resourcesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholdersThorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulationsProven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budgetWhat we offer Assistance with accommodation for non-local applicantsDiverse and interesting projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentAbout us SPYDA Construction is a leading construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia.
