Site Manager

Core Talent have exclusively partnered with one of QLD's most reputable builders. This opportunity is truly exciting, this company is able to provide a strong pipeline of projects from education, childcare, health, retail and industrial. The initial project will be a $30M education project.

Duties:
Management and coordination of sub-contractorsImplementation of OH&S policiesEnsuring the project is delivered to program and time-lineResponsible for site logistics, equipment and deliveriesLiaison with Project Management and full site teamProject to achieve the standard of quality agreed with the client
What you will need:
Strong past tenures with previous commercial construction buildersDelivered from start to finish projects valued over $30MExperience with Tier 2 buildersBe a driven and motivated Site Manager who is able to meet deadlines and work within a teamQBCC Licence
