This opportunity is truly exciting, this company is able to provide a strong pipeline of projects from education, childcare, health, retail and industrial.
The initial project will be a $30M education project.

Duties:
Management and coordination of sub-contractors Implementation of OH&S policies Ensuring the project is delivered to program and time-line Responsible for site logistics, equipment and deliveries Liaison with Project Management and full site team Project to achieve the standard of quality agreed with the client What you will need:
Strong past tenures with previous commercial construction builders Delivered from start to finish projects valued over $30M Experience with Tier 2 builders Be a driven and motivated Site Manager who is able to meet deadlines and work within a team QBCC Licence In return, you will receive an above market salary, strong pipeline of local Coast projects, delivering landmark development projects, work for a highly reputable company, work within a highly successful and motivated site team, on-going support, career development and regular salary reviews.
