Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team for a key 2-year project.
The Role:
As the Site Manager, you'll oversee all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Your leadership and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the smooth running of construction activities and managing both trades and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the site, including coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Drive project timelines and monitor progress against schedules.
Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Handle on-site issues swiftly and effectively.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out and/or build projects.
Background in Tier 2/3 construction companies is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
Relevant qualifications in building and construction management.
