$200k - $250k p.a. + Depending on ExperienceBrunel have partnered with a leading Queensland construction company who are renowned for their excellence in delivering high-quality commercial projects. Due to project success, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their Brisbane team in the New Year.Why Join them?5-day work week (unless on a rare shut down live environment project).Industry high employee tenure with long-serving teams and years of construction knowledge to draw from.Family run feel with everybody supported to operate at their highest level.Work on defense, education, aged care and industrial projects valued on average between $100m - $150m.Join a workplace staff genuinely enjoy being part of.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and trades.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.Maintain effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and internal team members.Implement efficient construction methodologies to optimize project delivery and resource utilization.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and records.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Site Manager in Commercial Construction on projects $100m+ (Required)Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field.How to apply:If you meet the above requirements and would like to be considered for this role, please submit your interest using the 'Apply' button.Do you have questions?If you have any questions or would like to discuss the details of this role, please contact Tim Chapman at ******.
