This company is full of great names and personalities and the list of projects underway are exceptional and extremely satisfying to be a part of, including high-rise residential and commercial buildings all above $80m.Responsibilities:Take the lead on the brand new $100 million+ high-rise residential construction project in Milton.Report directly to the Project Manager.Support Foremen and Project Engineers on site.Requirements:Preferably have experience working in the mid- or upper-tier construction environment.Ability to drive commercial outcomes.Ideally a trade background as well as a QBCC supervisor licence.Demonstrated experience working as a Site Manager for a mid- or upper-tier Construction Company.D&C Project experience.Ability to manage a team of supervisors.Commercially astute.Tendering experience (for future projects).This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team.
