About the role
In this dynamic and challenging role you will be responsible for taking charge of the day to day operations of the business including, but limited to working closely with the sales team, managing some major accounts, the warehouse team, deliveries, accounts, and you will also work closely with Senior Management to assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to help streamline the business.

Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
Previous sales/operations management experience within the Aluminium/Steel/Metals industriesExcellent customer relationship management skillsA "hands on" approach to businessA sound technical knowledge of the industry and related productsThe ability to work closely with people across all levels of the businessPrevious experience implementing policies and procedures that have helped streamline operationsSound commercial acumen with an understanding of financial mattersExcellent time management, presentation, negotiation and communication skillsBenefits
