Are you a leader with a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities? We seek a dynamic and experienced In-Home and Community Support Service Manager to drive the success of our NDIS services through effective leadership and strategic franchising initiatives. 
Jim's Healthcare seeks an experienced Service Manager to oversee this exciting new Healthcare Division. The role will combine on-site work with' work from home' and offer the opportunity to support and guide Franchisees in building successful businesses.
Responsibilities:
Spearheaded franchise operations to ensure the delivery of participant-centered care that meets the unique needs and goals of NDIS participants and their families. Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance and support to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with NDIS standards. Oversee NDIS billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Ensure adherence to accreditation and certification standards and compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations within franchise territories. Foster partnerships with external service providers to expand support networks and enhance the franchise offering. Train and develop franchisees to maintain high-performance standards and drive continuous improvement. Provide leadership in team building, delegation of responsibilities, and conflict resolution among franchisees. Coordinate and participate in franchisee meetings, sharing best practices and facilitating collaboration among franchise owners. Collaborate with senior management to set franchise growth targets and develop strategies for expansion into new markets. Minimum two years of experience within the disability services or related sectors. Relevant tertiary qualifications or a relevant field. Highly desirable Cert IV in Disability or equivalent. Proven track record in managing staff and participants, focusing on achieving business growth and profitability. Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate franchisees. Capacity to drive innovation and implement change within a franchised business model. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including time management and coordination of multiple tasks. Apply workforce planning, rostering, and performance management within a franchising context. Proficiency in interpreting franchise agreements, legal documents, and regulatory requirements. Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and franchise management software. Experience in developing, launching, and scaling franchise models. Strong understanding of business development and marketing strategies within a franchising framework.
