They have a highly experienced senior leadership team and have been a builder of choice in the high-end apartments space, with a proven track record of delivering both larger scale mixed use and apartment projects within Perth & Western Australia.The Role - Site ManagerWorking in close collaboration with a highly experienced and well-regarded Senior Project Manager in the industry, you'll take a lead role overseeing a high-quality delivery team.A relatively complex build for a high-profile developer in Western Australia, so an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinking, driven Site Manager who has excellent technical knowledge but also excellent communication skills, well suited to a "bigger picture" thinker in an overarching senior position on the project.ExperienceOpen to background, this opportunity could suit either a driven and ambitious Site Supervisor who is ready to take that next strategic step, or an experienced Site Manager who has a proven track record of delivering complex new build developments upwards of $50m.On offer is a highly competitive and above market rate remuneration package, an iconic project under construction, a healthy pipeline of projects and new work to follow, and an opportunity to join a builder who are consistently delivering high profile developments across Perth.
