Site Manager - Electrical Ref: Job Type Contract Location Dubbo, NSW Salary N/A Contact Kerri Rohlf We are seeking an experienced Site Manager - Electrical to oversee the construction and operation of a solar farm near Dubbo, New South Wales.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.Project Oversight: Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to engineering design and product manuals.Collaborate with contractors to address any issuesCommunication: Keep the Project Manager informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.Participate in weekly/monthly internal meetings and coordinate with contractorsReporting: Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on project status, risks, and achievementsQualifications: Previous experience in solar farm construction or related field.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage contractors and work collaboratively with stakeholders.If you are a proactive and safety-conscious professional with a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply!To be considered you MUST be residential in Australia, ideally within 3 hours driving distance of Dubbo.Only Australian or New Zealand citizens or those already holding the appropriate working visas for Australia will be considered.
