Site Manager - Electrical - Dubbo

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager - Electrical to oversee the construction and operation of a solar farm near Dubbo, New South Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

Safety and Compliance:  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections. Project Oversight: Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to engineering design and product manuals. Collaborate with contractors to address any issues

Communication: Keep the Project Manager informed of progress, challenges, and milestones. Participate in weekly/monthly internal meetings and coordinate with contractors

Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on project status, risks, and achievements

Qualifications:
Previous experience in solar farm construction or related field.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage contractors and work collaboratively with stakeholders.If you are a proactive and safety-conscious professional with a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply!
