Mentor local Indigenous staff and oversee CDP site operations to ensure program effectiveness, support job seekers & drive employment opportunities.11th December, 2024The Community Development Program Site Manager is responsible for the "on the ground" delivery of the CDP contract.
It is a diverse role that focuses on managing stakeholder relationships and mentoring local Indigenous staff members.
