Your commitment to health and safety is essential.Qualifications and Experience:Tyre fitting and/or mechanical experience (desirable).Strong oral and written communication.Problem-solving skills.Experience in leading, managing and motivating staff.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential.
