Due to exponential growth, we are looking to bring on the expertise of a highly skilled Site Manager to take on a large scale new project about to commence.
About the role Seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a dynamic mixed-use commercial development.
This exciting role involves managing all site construction and trade, subcontractor activities from the ground up.
You will ensure milestones are met, maintain high standards of safety and quality on site during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities from the commencment of the project to completion.
* Manage and supervise subcontractors, trades and site workers to ensure efficient workflow and delivery of the scope of works.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* Monitor project progress, prepare reports and address any issues or delays.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met s. * Ensure assigned tasks and projects meet relevant codes, standards, specifications, budgets and timelines.
Skills & experience Skills & experience * Previous Site Management in the Building Industry with experience in mixed use commercial projects and relevant building qualifications.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations and building codes.
* Excellent leadership, communication and advanced time management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
* Experience in effectively managing and leading trades and staff * Experience with project management software and tools Benefits Excellent negotiable salary based on experience ($160K - $200K base + Super).
