Site Manager - Commercial Apartments - Immediate Start

This position is located in North Sunshine Coast.

We have an opening with one of our clients.
The company in question undertake large residential apartment projects, which values range from $50mil-$100mil.
They are looking for a site manager to join them on a permanent basis on a $75 million project which will run until 2027.
The job is available for an immediate start.
About the role: - Responsible for organising trades and labour - Reporting to  Senior SM, PM and working toward project standards, timelines and budgets.
- Adhere to safety practice's and procedures.
- Seeing the project from start to finish.
About you: -  Carpentry background -  Proven experience as a site manager in a multi-residential or commercial environment, history of managing projects of similar size/value.
