This is a multi-disciplined role that requires you to have experience in civil construction, demolition, and building services.This role is responsible for but not limited to:Lead and manage internal and external stakeholdersWork with the project manager to prepare RFI, Notices of delay, variations, and EOT submissionsProvide weekly project reports to customer and project managerManage staffing resources and processes in a high-pressure environmentDevelop positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractorsManage problems as an individual and a team memberEnsure compliance with contract terms and conditions for the projectEnsure strong commitment to WHS and environmental standardsAbout You5+ years experience in a site manager position with proven experience working on 10 Mil+ projects.
