The RoleReporting to the Director, you will be solely responsible for the project delivery of a $10mil Residential Housing project based in Hamilton.
Ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correct building practices and procedures and adhered to at all times.Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliers.Ensuring projects run to schedule.Provide construction progress updates, WHS reports to head office.The RewardsBe the best you can be with the mentoring of your team.Regular remuneration reviews and promotions.Vehicle, phone and tablet supplied.RequirementsIn-depth understanding of custom home building processes, materials, and methods.Familiarity with architectural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Strong communication skills to coordinate between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and designers.Expertise in scheduling, task prioritization, and workflow optimization to meet deadlines and budget constraints.Proficient in tracking project progress and resolving on-site challenges effectively.Ability to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.QBCC Site Supervisor or Building License is essential.
