Job Description We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Site Installation Manager. This is a 2-year, maximum-term full-time

opportunity based out of our Clayton headquarters and will involve domestic and international travel. Position responsibilities will include: Ability to create project installation plans from initiation to SAT (site acceptance testing), Experience in project installation management on customer site and the ability to direct the on-site activities required to achieve required project requirements, Managing onsite customer liaison at all levels, Management of project safety; ensuring OHS compliance, Preparation for and execution of equipment transfers for assigned projects, Managing and maintaining provided schedules, Assisting in build execution.

Qualifications We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation. To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria: Engineering / Trades qualifications and background with machine building experience or site Installation management experience, Experience with special purpose machinery and setup of manufacturing sites is essential,

Ability to manage projects, installation and HSE risks Ability to lead and motivate a team, Ability to negotiate at all levels with all stakeholders, Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and SAP, Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, Advanced time management & organisational skills, Ability to travel as required domestically & internationally to site locations.
