They plan in advance and are looking for a Site Foreman to join them on a major project, kick-starting in the last quarter of 2024.Essential Requirements:Carpentry Trade, Building & Construction Degree OR Similar.D&C project exposure, valued from $5 million.Available from October/November 2024.Main Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and manage construction tasks in accordance with project priorities.Manage client relationships and meet their expectations.Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to ensure efficient workflow.Monitor project expenditure, keeping the budget in check.Assist the project management team with overseeing and management of onsite personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholder engagement.Ensure that the project contract is properly coordinated and that tasks are completed to schedule, on time and within budget.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.How to Apply:If you have the relevant experience and would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please APPLY VIA THE LINK or email any questions to ****** or ******.
