About You - Site ForemanIn this role, you will be entrusted with the day-to-day oversight of our townhouse project, ensuring that construction progresses smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:Leading and managing multiple construction sites simultaneously.Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Upholding quality control, health, and safety standards on-site.Liaising with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.Problem-solving on-site issues and providing technical guidance.Reporting progress and issues to upper management regularly.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Foreman, with a track record of managing multiple sites concurrently.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.Adept at conflict resolution and decision-making.Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fields are desirable.End to end site management.Must be willing to travel to the site in Mittagong, 6 days per week.Must have a vehicle.A competitive salary package.
