Jaytex Construction is currently seeking an ambitious, experienced and professional Site Foreman to join our team and help grow the South Australian branch of the Company.

Our business model is to secure targeted projects and then work with a select group of subcontractors to deliver the work, so effective project site management is a critical factor to our success. 
Due to continued growth, project activity and our pipeline of work, we need a Site Foreman to join our current project in Kent Town, Adelaide. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, along with the Project Manager. With the current project opportunity being in Nuriootpa, candidates that reside in the north of greater Adelaide and the Barossa region are encouraged to apply. 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Managing subcontractors, suppliers and Company labourConducting routine site inspections ensuring Company standards are metEnsuring achievement of key milestones in relation to Time, Cost and Quality Co-ordination of site labour and construction activitiesProviding regular updates to the Site ManagerManage and lead all necessary WHS processesSELECTION CRITERIA Essential
3-5 years' experience in a similar role within commercial constructionThorough understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction programsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and resolve issuesPrevious site supervision and team leader experienceTrade qualifications and experience will be highly regardedAustralian CitizenDesirable Experience using Procore project management software (or similar systems).Competitive remuneration and benefits will be offered to right candidate, reflective of your experience and skills.
