Site Foreman - Brisbane North

A reputable and well-established Townhouse Builder/Developer creating a large footprint in QLD require a skilled Foreman who specializes in high-end Townhouses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and guiding sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and at the highest quality. You may be required to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend works.
The Role And Responsibilities:Reporting to the Site Manager & Senior Project ManagerDaily supervision of subcontractors, trades, and suppliers across the full life cycle of the projectMonitoring and management of strict level of Health and Safety on siteGeneral site administration duties (planning / scheduling, tool box meetings)Ensuring quality work practices and high detailed level of finishesThe Successful Candidate will have:QBCC Site Supervisors licence and White CardPrior experience with high volume Residential Townhouse ProjectsCarpentry Trades BackgroundProven experience as a General Foreman / Site Supervisor on residential Townhouse projectsThorough understanding of OH&S requirementsExcellent time management & communication skillsAttention to detail and be able to work autonomouslyBenefitsAward winning BuilderCareer progressionA steady pipeline of projects allowing for employment stabilityPlease call Miller Langford-Ely on 0466 806 871 for more information or email your CV to ******.
