Ventia are seeking applications for an experienced Site Engineer / Project Planner to assist with the day-to-day operations on our Telecommunication Contract. The position will be working within our team based in Canning Vale. Your ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and working with our subcontractors and clients to ensure delivery compliance will be a key component in your success in this role.
Key DutiesRegular daily follow-up with subcontractors and field managers to obtain updates on each task and project.Promptly responding to clients' needs, keeping them informed, and taking responsibility for problem resolution.Coordinating multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery.Managing logistical requirements to ensure stock availability.We are specifically targeting candidates with:Previous experience in Project Coordination / Project Support / Site Engineering.Attention to detail with excellent skills in MS Office – advanced Excel.Ability to take own initiative and resolve problems.Strong ability to prioritise work and deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.Good written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of the telecommunications construction industry is highly regarded.What We Offer YouNot only do we offer a competitive salary and career growth, we have also partnered with some reputable organisations to be able to offer discounts on:
